“We feel a strong commitment to giving to Gustavus to ensure that current and future Gusties have the opportunities we had. Alums often give to their Alma Mater at important milestones – finishing grad school, getting married, the birth of a child, etc. – because that’s often when we reflect on what we’ve valued in our lives. But we realized that hardly a day goes by when we don’t think of Gustavus and how our experience there is helping us make meaning of our lives. Our hope is to give continued support – not just at the milestones in our lives, but by giving financial support and time and energy to alumni efforts on a regular basis – so that the Gustavus we know and love is there for our children and grandchildren.”
