This past weekend, Gustavus hosted the 2009 Christmas in Christ Chapel services and President’s Dinners. This year’s theme was “A Liturgy of Letters and Carols,” with more than 350 students, faculty and staff participating. The College also hosted over 350 guests of the President in Alumni Hall for the President’s Dinners. Guests dined on Swedish holiday delights such as lefse, lutefisk and glögg, and heard Chaplain Brian Johnson speak on this year’s chapel theme. Invited guests included those who have shown substantial leadership through giving and volunteer roles at Gustavus.
